The facilities are nice. The staff is competent, but they are often slow and impolite. It's best to just ignore the rude comments, get your mail, and get out.

I’ve mailed packages through several post offices in the US and other countries, and this one is by far, the one with the rudest staff. Poor instructions and that “you should know this” attitude really made me quit going to this USPS.

Workers here are ridiculously rude......it’s not my fault you’re upset with your bad life choices and now have to work at a post office. Try to avoid the black lady who works here, she really rude if you’ve never been there before. Overall gives USPS a bad name.

The reason I got a P.O. Box is becuase one of my packages ended up at the post office on campus (which is my fault). However, I felt the need to get a P.O. Box after witnessing one of the workers chew my roommate out for sending something to her boyfriends P.O. Box. So, I ended up getting one & from that point on every time I walk in there to ask them about a package or anything they always have something negative or sarcastic to say. For example, today I had to go pick up a package that I was notified about on Friday. They put a green slip in my box reminding me so of course I took it out and left it in my car throughout the weekend. I live on campus so during the week I never use my car. When I got to the post office I was informed that I had to go all the way back to my car & get the green slip (which is a very long walk). The green slip said nothing about it or I would have brought it with me, so I asked the worker what was on the slip (I was thinking I misread it). At that moment he picked up one of the slips read it off (he realized it said nothing about needing the slip to recive the package) then said it would be best if you went to go get it, in a very demanding tone. After walking back & giving the slip to the man, he gave me my package and of course GOT ON TO ME because there were two numbers cut off on my P.O. Box address. My point is, if you have a car to go to the post office by Kroger I would definitely recommend it! Unless, you want to be treated like a irresponsible college kid every time you need to pick something up.

Most of the staff seem rather stern and agitated but I can't say I blame them. Overall they've done their jobs well in my experience, though.
